Johann Sebastian Bach was a German composer and musician who is known for instrumental compositions. The project aims to design a series of the album cover for Bach’s Brandenburg Concertos, a collection of six instrumental works. The design of each cover needs to work individually and as a group, plus the information should maintain in the same position while design varies in three covers. To create a sense of consistency, two graphic-making systems were used to generate the two sets of shapes. By combining the shapes, the album covers evolved through experiments of image-layering and composition.
